This is the last ( I think!) in a series of mermaids. Her top is cotton batik, and bottom silk-rayon velvet which has been heavily embellished.....
This magpie likes to indulge in the tactile world of art dolls, fabric, and of course, a few tidbits of quilting and fibre art for good measure.
